Refunds, Exchanges, No-Show, and Weather Delay Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 Ticket Cancellations:

  • Tickets can be cancelled online through your account or by contacting our customer service team.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 75% refund of the ticket price.

  • All booking/service fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Ticket Exchanges:

  • Tickets can be rebooked for a different date or time by contacting our customer service team at +1 (626) 704-2786 or jasperlaxinfo@gmail.com

  • All exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.

  • New travel dates/times are subject to seat availability.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A passenger who does not check in or board the bus by the scheduled departure time will be considered a No-Show.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be granted for No-Shows.

  • The ticket will be forfeited in full.

 

WEATHER DELAYS & SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

  • We prioritize safety and may delay or cancel trips in the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a trip is cancelled by the operator, passengers may choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free rebooking for a future date (subject to seat availability).

  • Delays due to weather or traffic do not qualify for a refund if the trip is still completed.

  • We are not responsible for missed connections to other transportation services due to delays.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Tickets are non-transferable to other passengers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the policy conditions are not met.

1. Where does the shuttle operate?

Our shuttle runs between Rancho Cucamonga, Pasadena, and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with multiple daily departures.

2. How do I buy a ticket?

You can book online at JasperLAX.com or purchase tickets in person at the shuttle stop (subject to availability). We accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments.

3. How much does a ticket cost?

Ticket prices vary based on route and trip type (one-way or round trip). Please check our Pricing & Booking page for the latest rates.

4. Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your seat, especially during peak travel hours. Walk-up tickets are subject to space availability.

5. How early should I arrive at the stop?

Please arrive at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure time. The shuttle cannot wait for late passengers.

6. Which terminals do you stop at in LAX?

We currently stop at:

  • Terminal 3 (Delta & partners)

  • Terminal B (Tom Bradley International Terminal)

  • Terminal 7 (United Airlines)

7. Can I bring luggage?

Yes, each passenger is allowed 1 standard Check-in baggage and 1 carry-on. Oversized or additional luggage may be subject to a fee.

8. Do you provide child seats?

Child seats are not automatically provided. Please bring your own if required, or request one in advance (availability is limited).

9. What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, you may be able to board the next available shuttle (subject to seat availability). Please contact our support team for assistance.

10. Is Wi-Fi or charging available on board?

Yes! Our shuttles are equipped with Wi-Fi and charging ports so you can stay connected during your ride.

11. Do you offer group or corporate bookings?

Yes, JasperLAX provides corporate accounts and group bookings. Please contact us for special rates and arrangements.
